Following the tutorial on Crafty Cardmakers I coloured a black and white patterned paper with broken china and tattered rose distress inks. I spritzed with water with angel dust mica in, but the lustre does not show on the photo. I wanted to break up the large design and so I overstamped with antique plum and antique gold dewdrop chalk pads and a sunray and medallion rubber stamp which I tend to use for backgrounds. I then die cut them into tags to create these card toppers!

To create this card I stamped and embossed the frames for the cross-stitch boats, and then mounted them on to the ribbon with a verse on the back of each square.
